Characters immersed in their inner worlds, simultaneously absent and intensely present. The outsider's gaze, lost in observation and looking for meaning. This collection of tea-toned silver gelatin prints explores the experience of outsiderhood through candid snapshots of people, spaces and still-life relics. Most of the prints were published in my photobook Here, in Absence (IIKKI 2024).
